Bishop Dr. Joe Aldred Faith networks and religious affairs Dr. Joe Aldred is Managing Director of Partnership for Achievement. He is also Secretary of Minority Affairs of Churches Together in Great Britain and Ireland and edits the Directory of Black Majority Churches. He is Patron of the Centre for Reconciliation, Chair of the Council of Black Led Churches (Birmingham), Board Member of the journal Black Theology and Vice-Chairman of the African and Caribbean Community Forum. He was previously Chief Executive of The Centre for Black and White Christian Partnership in the Theology Department at the University of Birmingham, a national organisation focussing on education, inter-church relations and racism awareness. He was also Chair of the Eastern Birmingham NHS Primary Care Trust.
